The EVOSS Ex Vivo Organ Support System extends organ viability outside the human body — a breakthrough that demanded exceptional engineering and manufacturing control. RT Prime’s role was pivotal. We supported the customer from early Design for Manufacturing (DFM) through to launch, helping accelerate timelines while maintaining exacting medical standards.
Our global team managed the design and production of 44 injection molds yielding 54 custom plastic components, all produced from biocompatible, gamma-sterilizable materials sourced worldwide. More than 200 precision-machined parts and five compression-molded components were manufactured under RT Prime’s ISO-certified quality system.
