To support a leading manufacturer of advanced voltage regulator control systems, RT Prime produces a custom aluminum extrusion that serves as the main structural and thermal component within each control unit. The extrusion is manufactured from 6063-T6 aluminum, Iridite-coated for corrosion protection, and held to exacting flatness tolerances achievable only through a high-tonnage press and disciplined quality control.
Each production run follows a PAPP Level 4process control plan, with comprehensive dimensional and material verification. To ensure uninterrupted supply, RT Prime manages a 12-monthrolling inventory model — four months in production, four months in transit, and four months on-hand — giving our customer stability even through the disruptions of the COVID-19 era.
